Tender and Tasty Lamb
The North East of England, Northern Ireland and Ireland are ideally suited to producing tender and tasty lamb on their hills, rolling farm land and coastlines. A lot of the farms are small and the farmers have had their shepherding skills handed down through the generations.
All of our lamb is grass fed, free range product, which is fully assured and traceable back to farm… you know where it comes from!
Farm Assured Primal lamb Cuts
Fresh vac packed lamb has a total shelf life of 28 days and is normally available from stock in the Linden Foods Blue box,
however it can also be supplied to order under Chef Class brand.
In addition, we can offer frozen lamb and one way of trading this is to agree a number of pallets at a price,
to be held in cold store for a customer, then delivered over a period, as required.
